How does shipping work?
We offer same day shipping on business days. Please allow 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.
You can receive the package within 7-20 days, it depends on your area. When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Note that USPS may take up to 24 hours to update its systems. If your order does not arrive within 30 working days, please contact us so we can follow up with the courier.

*This does not include our order production time of 1-3 days.
1. For print orders from any country in the world, we can bear the shipping cost of express delivery, but does not include any customs fees. By purchasing our products, you agree that your package will be subject to customs duties (if it is required) upon arrival in your country.
2. For printing machine orders (various types of equipment) in any country in the world, we do not bear any shipping and customs fees. By purchasing our products, you agree that your package will be subject to ocean freight and duties when it arrives in your country.
Shipping address details are incorrect
We will deliver the ordered products to the delivery address provided when placing the order. We ask customers to check that the delivery address provided is accurate, entered correctly and includes the full postal code in accordance with the Postal Service addressing regulations. If an order is delayed or lost in the mail due to an incorrect or incomplete address/postcode provided by the customer, we will not be responsible and the customer will be responsible for the additional product purchase fee and delivery fee (if applicable). We reserve the right to ask you to wait 28 business days before reshipping.
